Order Handling Time
We strive to ship all orders within 1-2 business days after the order is placed. However, during peak periods, order handling time may take up to 3 business days. We will notify you if there is a delay in handling your order.
Transit Time
Once your order has been processed and shipped, the transit time will vary depending on your location. Generally, our shipping carrier takes 2-3 business days to deliver packages within the UK. For EU orders 7 days, and outside of these zones 12 – 24 days.
Working Days
Our shipping carrier operates Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays. Orders placed on weekends or national holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping rates vary based on the weight and destination of your package. You can see the shipping cost for your order during the checkout process before you complete your purchase.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please note that tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after your package has been shipped.
Delivery
Our shipping carrier will deliver your package to the address provided during checkout. If you have any special delivery instructions or requests, please include them in the “Notes” section during checkout. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery has been confirmed.
