The first step is an automated email with your order number, then we will be in touch for custom work with further requirements and any special notes for the order. Once the work is completed, we usually send you photos of the item. Then arrange a convenient delivery date and time for you. We are also able to offer after care for the product too – especially for our resin tables.

Can I get an item made to a custom size?
Yes, absolutely! All of our items are handmade individually to order so please just let us know the product name and desired size you would like and we will get back to you with a tailored quote.
How is the wood sealed and protected?
All of our items are finished in the highest quality Commercial Grade Matt Oil to give the wood an excellent seal against water damage and marks. Please see our wood care instructions to learn how to best care and maintain your item – Visit Wood and resin care guide.
Do you have a shop or showroom?
No, we do not currently have a shop or showroom. However, we love having customers come and visit the studio to learn more about, and see our products.
Studio visits are available by appointment only, from Monday to Friday. Please get in touch, and we can book you in.
